Do NOT dry clean.
Wash and dry garments INSIDE OUT.
Choose cold or warm water temperature settings for the wash (DO NOT USE HOT WATER SETTING).
Use mild detergent. NO Bleach.
Dry on a low/tumble setting or hang dry. Hang dry for best results. This will minimize any wrinkles.
Do NOT iron directly on the design.
Do NOT use fabric softener
*Failure to follow care instructions may result in damage to your item and will not be refunded or exchanged.
Due to the custom nature of the business and CDC guidelines, NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES will be accepted. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact Eleven Twelve Customs, LLC at email@example.com to discuss a resolution. We strive for customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $10 design fee for custom items. While this fee will be credited toward your purchase, if you choose not to purchase, that fee will NOT be refunded. After describing your design idea and vision, you will be allotted 3 edits, so please be very specific IN WRITING as to what you would like (colors, sizing, spacing, etc.). Please allow 48 hours for each mock/revision. Again, it is our mission to provide excellent customer service, so please be advised of guidelines and ask questions as needed.
Local pickup is in East Orlando ONLY (Zip Code 32828) and will require a scheduled appointment time. All other zip codes and locations must pay for shipping or pay a travel fee (if needed by a certain date, outside of the parameters of shipping times). Unless previously arranged BEFORE ordering, drop offs are not available at this time. Please keep this policy in mind when selecting your pickup/shipping option. Thank you!
As noted, ladies cut runs small, so please be mindful of that when you select your size. The ladies cut has shorter and tighter sleeves, a shorter bodice, and a more cinched torso than the unisex cut. When choosing this option, we HIGHLY recommend sizing up, especially for those with curves. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES will be issued if the wrong size is selected. If you would like a size chart for the specific brand, size, cut, and color you are selecting, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before finalizing your order. Please include the name of the design, the size, cut, and color you are requesting.
Please note that based on color and size availability, it may be necessary to use an alternate brand shirt that may fit differently. In this case, you may receive an email requesting confirmation of sizing so that a comparable size may be selected for that color. This email will include a size chart for the specific brand, size, cut, and color that will be used. Please be responsive or this may delay your order. Keep in mind that due to differences in screen resolutions and variations between brands and manufacturers, colors may vary slightly from pictures. If you are requesting an alternate color, different from the one pictured, please list the specific color you are requesting (i.e. royal blue, navy blue, light blue instead of “blue”).
